Execs from Cloudaction India to Address Pune Salesforce Developer User Group Meeting

PUNE, India, June 15, 2015 – Business executives from Cloudaction India will be featured presenters at the upcoming June meetup of the Pune Salesforce Developer User Group on June 20th.

Cloudaction India Country Head Priten Nayak and Business Technology Lead Aniruddha Manakeshwar will provide an overview of the pros and cons of current Salesforce1/Force.com integration approaches and then focus on Cloudaction’s new actionHub™ integration accelerator for BMC Remedyforce ITSM Help Desk.

Cloudaction’s actionHub, which is built entirely on the Salesforce1 platform, utilizes pre-build connectors to enable faster integrations between BMC Remedyforce and leading cloud and on-premise enterprise applications such as Salesforce Service Cloud, JIRA, Microsoft SCOM and many others.

The June meetup will be held Saturday, June 20th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Oakwood Premier Pune, located at 81, Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411036, Pune.

“The June meetup will be a great day for the Cloudaction team to support the growing Salesforce developer community in Pune,” said Mr. Nayak. “We are very proud to be a part of the Salesforce community in Pune and to share our Salesforce development experience vis-à-vis our actionHub integration accelerator.”

Cloudaction created the actionHub integration accelerator to enable Remedyforce users to deliver tangible value to the business via:

  • Faster Application Deployments and Smoother Integrations – actionHub includes pre-built connectors to enterprise-class applications such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Microsoft SCOM, Workday, Rally, JIRA, BMC Atrium Orchestrator and monitoring tools such as HP OpenView and SolarWinds.
  • Full Compliance with the Salesforce1 Platform – Because it is built entirely on the Salesforce1 platform, actionHub is fully compatible with REST-based web-enables architectures, SOAP-based web service for real-time data exchange, and Force.com managed packages.
  • More Predictable Integrations – actionHub scales on demand; extends data execution control to Apex classes for rapid integration extension to unique sources; and features reusable components via object libraries.
  • Standardized Data Synchronization and Business Rules for Cloud-based and Hybrid Environments – actionHub’s pre-built adaptors connect Remedyforce with on-premise systems such as SAP and Oracle using RemoteAPI behind the firewall, with single or multiple data-driven actions triggered by defined business use case.
