Multi-Billion-Dollar Company Selects Cloudaction for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Enablement Services
TULSA, Okla., July 6, 2016 – Cloudaction today announced it has been selected by a multi-billion-dollar services company to provide consulting, implementation and optimization services for the company’s Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud deployments.

In a multi-phase project, Cloudaction will facilitate the company’s Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and also lead the migration from its existing on-premises customer relationship management (CRM) system to Salesforce Sales Cloud. Cloudaction will provide a wide range of Salesforce consulting services, including best practice-based guidance on identifying business processes where Sales Cloud and Service Cloud can be utilized to streamline workflow and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. Additionally Cloudaction will develop new integrations between the Salesforce applications and existing enterprise applications to improve business reporting and interdepartmental collaboration.
