Force.com Practice Manager – U.S.


The Force.com Practice Manager will be a key member of our new and fast growing Force.com solutions practice and will be instrumental in defining and developing our strategic service offerings leveraging the Force.com platform. This position will directly contribute to the organization’s success by managing the pre-sales process, providing leadership throughout the full customer relationship lifecycle from initial qualification to closure and ensuring technology design and solutions are aligned with client business requirements. To be successful in this role you must have in-depth technical expertise, possess strong leadership and communication skills and be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Define technology solutions to solve customer problems consistent with team capabilities and strategy
  • Identify, qualify, lead and close business opportunities to achieve financial goals
  • Develop proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to cultivate existing accounts
  • Serve as a Salesforce.com solutions expert, provide technical and architectural guidance for practice team
  • Execute strategic consulting projects, assessments, map solutions to client business processes and develop value proposition and business case

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of consulting and Salesforce.com enterprise wide experience
  • Experience leading IT, business process or business strategy consulting engagements
  • Salesforce.com Administrator or Developer certification, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certification highly preferred
  • Hands-on Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementation experience
  • Strong SaaS solutions development, implementation and integration with multiple other platforms and technologies
  • Highly effective oral and written communicator able to communicate on both a technical and project management level

Remedyforce Consultant – U.S.


The Consultant will have prior experience with the implementation and administration of BMC Remedyforce. The Consultant will also have the aptitude to lend technical assistance during the analysis, design, and implementation for medium to large enterprise clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability providing application support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the application in close coordination with the customer staff.
  • High degree of interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting within all levels of an organization
  • Prior experience installing and configuring mid to large size Service Desks
  • Familiar with ITIL Service Desk Management and best practices
  • Strong understanding of Service Desk processes
  • Experience in Cloud Computing
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Able to clearly articulate and document status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related MIS field preferred
  • Administration or configuration experience with a Service Desk application
  • Minimum 2 years of help desk experience
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of servers: Microsoft Windows Server, UNIX/Linux
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of web servers: Microsoft IIS, Apache, IBM Websphere
  • Experience with Java and XML
  • Dev401/Salesforce.com Certification preferred
  • Prior consulting experience preferred
  • ITIL certification a plus

Senior Salesforce Consultant – India


The Senior Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with our clients to define, design and build applications solutions leveraging Force.com, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud for implementation projects. The Consultant will also provide in-depth technical expertise and direction during implementation ensuring technology design and solutions are aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a Salesforce.com CRM solution expert and/or technical lead
  • Gathers system requirements, conducts analysis, plans and develops integration solutions for client infrastructure
  • Provides detailed design documentation of each component of the solution including data migration, integration and custom development

Requirements:

The Associate Consultant will participate in a training program which includes hands-on training, web-based training, and mentoring to learn development on the Force.com platform and perform Force.com and Remedyforce administration. The characteristics of someone suitable for this position include: motivation and desire to learn new technologies, the ability to perform an analysis of client processes, and the ability to define and document workflows.
