25% of Cloudaction Consultants Have Achieved ‘Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant’ Professional Credential

TULSA, Okla., and PUNE, India, Feb. 4, 2016 – Cloudaction, a cloud solutions firm focused on strategic consulting, implementation, integration, and innovation services for the Salesforce1 platform, has reached a new milestone in its core competencies, with the announcement that 25 percent of its consultants have now earned the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant professional credential.

The Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant program is designed to measure a person’s experience in designing solutions using the Service Cloud functionality and in leading the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization. To earn this professional distinction, the consultant must demonstrate not only technical expertise but also specific knowledge of the contact center domain, including organizational structure and workflow, interactive channels and agent interfaces, and industry-specific metrics and key performance indicators.
