Cloudaction Acquires Cadilak Services, Appoints Indrajeet Dable to Global Leadership Team
TULSA, Okla., and PUNE, Maharashtra, India – Cloudaction, a leading provider of IT automation and cloud consulting services, announced that it has acquired Cadilak Services Ltd., a Pune, India-based engineering and staffing company. As part of the agreement, Indrajeet Dable, Cadilak’s founder and chief executive, has joined Cloudaction as managing director of the company’s Pune operations.
Founded in 2013, Cadilak Services is well recognized as a provider of contract staffing and technology services in India’s competitive engineering and IT markets. While the company serves multiple industries, it has a significant presence in the automotive industry.

In his new position as managing director, Dable will oversee daily operations at Cloudaction’s Pune office and will be responsible for setting strategic direction. He will collaborate with key functional managers to develop new processes and procedures for long-term operational success. Dable will provide oversight for talent acquisition, employee retention and professional development and for developing new relationships with existing and new customer accounts.

Dable is an IT industry veteran with 20 years of experience. Prior to founding Cadilak Services, he held senior management positions at Convergys, ITCube Solutions and Gnosis. Dable holds a master’s degree in computer management from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
