Cloudaction Client Project Featured at Dreamforce 2022

TULSA, Okla., and PUNE, India – A large-scale Cloudaction project to implement and optimize Salesforce IT Service Center (ITSC) for a major national restaurant chain is the focus of a featured session at Dreamforce 2022 in San Francisco.

“Transforming Employee Service Experience at Cracker Barrel” will examine on how the comfort food giant transformed its IT service management (ITSM) capabilities to enhance employee experience for store managers, support agents and executive leadership on the Salesforce Platform.

Working with Salesforce partner and ITSM experts Cloudaction, Cracker Barrel deployed ITSC to streamline IT support for 665 restaurants; enhance cross-departmental processes and vendor collaboration; and provide visibility into more than 10k devices via Tanium. (Editor’s note: ITSC was a collaborative effort between Salesforce and Tanium.)

The Dreamforce session, which takes place Sept. 20 at 3:30 p.m. Pacific, will be in a panel discussion format featuring:

  • Kevin Wales, Vice President of Application Development and Enterprise Architecture, Cracker Barrel
  • Keith Hoskison, Chief Revenue Officer, Cloudaction
  • Shawn Gallagher, Salesforce Alliance Executive Leader, Tanium

More information on this session is available on the Dreamforce 2022 website.
